Legacy Arlo Products

NETGEAR, Inc. and NETGEAR INTL LTD (collectively “NETGEAR”), the previous manufacturers of Arlo European products, spun off Arlo Technologies, Inc. and Arlo Technologies International LTD (collectively “Arlo”), the current manufacturers of Arlo European products, into separate and independent companies on December 31, 2018. Consequently, some Arlo-branded products in the current distribution and retail sales channel of Arlo were manufactured by NETGEAR, not Arlo, and these Arlo-branded products will still contain references to NETGEAR.
